Process Management
This is defined as “the application of creative thought to basic business practices that results in quantum gains in recorded results.” This is a step-by-step approach that uses process mapping as a vehicle to graphically indicate the current workflow of a designated process. Each step is questioned as to why the step is performed as well as how it is performed. Only after the project has been fully mapped can modifications be made resulting in significant changes, improvements, and even elimination of past practices. The end result is an improved, seamless procedure providing quantum leap changes reflected in improved client satisfaction.
